Primavera Basic Training: The 3-day course provides students with basic knowledge of the Primavera P6 Project management. The course covers features for creating, analyzing, estimating and managing projects with Primavera.
Primavera Advanced Training: The two-day course provides students with a deeper regard into Primavera P6. Students also will learn to leverage best practices to create a project using methodologies
MSP Training: This course provides students with general knowledge of Microsoft Project. Topics include: Creating tasks, assigning resources; Resource control; View and Share Project; Report project. Participants also gain a solid knowledge in project concepts and planning. The course emphasizes three elements: progress, resources and costs.
Tilos Training: This course provides two days of hands-on small group training. By the end of the training, the attendees will understand the benefits and advantages of linear projects scheduling. Participants also gain a solid knowledge about planning and scheduling linear infrastructural projects and controlling projects with TILOS
4D Training: provides two days of hands-on small group training. By the end of the training, the attendees will understand basic functions of 4D tool (Synchro) and will be able to create their own 4D models and export the sequenced images or animations for presentation.
